Born and raised in the historic city of Isfahan, Iran, I had dreams that reached beyond the starlit skies of my hometown, and my heart always resonated with the pain and emotions of others. It was this empathy that sculpted my path towards becoming a clinical psychologist. Now, living my dream, I find joy and purpose in offering solace and healing to those who seek it.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and client, aimed at fostering positive change and improving overall well-being. The first step is to reach out to a professional therapist. Whether you’re dealing with specific issues or seeking general personal growth, contacting us is the starting point. The initial appointment is an opportunity to meet your therapist and discuss your concerns and goals. Expect to talk about your background, current situation, and what you hope to achieve. The therapist will also explain their approach, confidentiality policies, and answer any questions you may have. Together with your therapist, you’ll work on identifying the main areas to be addressed and plan a tailored treatment. This may include determining the frequency and duration of the sessions.
